Since its establishment in 1972, Daiwa Kasei has contributed to the growth of the automotive industry through the development of new products with an unfaltering commitment to “fastening” throughout all its processes to meet the needs of its customers. To maintain our commitment to “fastening,” we need to be constantly forging ahead as the top runner manufacturing “fastening” components and need to have the basic concept that supports the base of “product making.” Our endeavors have always reflected the value we place on the concept of “making our production equipment” rather than simply developing components.

Free Lunch Service
The most remarkable employee welfare initiative of Daiwa Kasei is our free lunch service. Employees can select their favorite meal from choices including a daily lunch set, rice bowls, noodles, and Japanese curry with rice. Tea, coffee, juice, and other free beverages are available.
Recreation and celebrating milestones
Our company holds periodic sports tournaments. We also have a family-like corporate culture for celebrating important milestones in the lives of our employees. On birthdays, employees are presented with cookies and cakes from our friendship association. Celebratory meals are held for special occasions such as coming-of-age ceremonies and marriages.
