June 2026 Message

Thank you very much for your constant kind and generous support.

On May 20, we marked the 88th anniversary of our founding.
At the anniversary ceremony, 273 colleagues were recognized for their long years of service, and it was an opportunity both to express our gratitude to those who came before us and to reaffirm our resolve to shape the future with our own hands. This new milestone was made possible by the support we receive each and every day from everyone around us. I would like to extend my sincere thanks once again.

This month is Environment Month as designated by Japan’s Ministry of the Environment.
Since our founding, we have upheld the idea of “cherishing things and making the most of what already exists,” and we have continued activities to safeguard environmental resources. The origin of this approach lies with our founder, who manufactured products using steel sheet offcuts provided by our customers. In the 1990s, we established plastic recycling technologies; thereafter, we collected idle items and pursued initiatives to maximize the use of materials. In the 2020s, continuing to take on challenges that lead to value creation, we introduced in-mold painting technologies and advanced the development of recycled materials that achieve both quality and cost.

These steadily evolving initiatives were highly recognized by Toyota Motor Corporation, and at the 2026 TOYOTA Supply Partners Convention held in March this year, we received the Grand Award for Environmental Promotion.

While we take this award as renewed encouragement, we also recognize that, in light of the worsening environmental challenges driven by rising resource consumption and increasing waste, we as suppliers must continue to take on new challenges with ideas unconstrained by existing frameworks. To that end, we believe it is essential to shift our perspective on energy use and waste in technology development and production processes—from “how to treat or manage them” to “not generating them in the first place” and “minimizing them to the bare minimum.”

As front-runners, each and every member of All-Kojima will center our efforts on initiatives that innovatively evolve both how we manufacture and how we work. Aiming to achieve both higher productivity and a smaller environmental footprint, we will continue to create new value for society.

I am grateful for your continued understanding and support as we strive to be a company you can trust. We intend to strengthen our corporate structure through the hard work of each employee, and devote ourselves to achieving “harmony” with our families and local communities.
