October 2026 Message

Thank you very much for your constant kind and generous support.

Although the summer heat still lingers during the day, the mornings and evenings are beginning to carry a sense of autumn. As we enter the season of sports, the Asian Games and Asian Para Games are being held in Aichi Prefecture from September through October, and our company is proud to support the excitement surrounding these events.

This month, we are also planning the “Kojima Cup”, an in-house sports competition. Through futsal and e-sports, employees from across All Kojima will compete, deepen their connections, and further strengthen the unity of All Kojima.

This month, we will hold our informal job offer ceremony and welcome those who are scheduled to join us next spring. I would like to use this opportunity to speak directly with our prospective new employees about the corporate philosophy we have valued since our founding, the direction in which our company is moving, and our expectations for people who can “think and act” to shape the future. I also hope this will be a valuable opportunity to deepen our connections with them. The social environment and people’s values have changed significantly in recent years. Precisely in times like these, I believe that people who think for themselves, take action, and continue to embrace challenges will be the driving force behind our company’s growth.

Welcoming new colleagues brings fresh energy to an organization. The flexible ideas and new perspectives unique to the younger generation, together with their willingness to take on challenges without fear of failure, are a great source of inspiration for all of us. I am already looking forward to learning from one another and growing together with those who will soon join us as new colleagues.

Furthermore, on November 8, we are planning our in-house event, the “Kojima Festival – A Gathering of Peace.” This important event brings together employees from across All Kojima, their families, and members of our overseas alliances to deepen their connections. I hope it will not only be an enjoyable occasion that creates lasting memories for everyone who attends, but also an opportunity to once again experience the bonds we share with our colleagues and families, as well as the spirit of “Harmony” throughout All Kojima.

I am grateful for your continued understanding and support as we strive to be a company you can trust. We intend to strengthen our corporate structure through the hard work of each employee, and devote ourselves to achieving “harmony” with our families and local communities.
