September 2025 Message

Thank you very much for your constant kind and generous support.

Time flies, and we are already approaching the end of the first half of the fiscal year.

Among the priority All-Kojima matters that we have been addressing this fiscal year, we are promoting initiatives with “Group-wide collaboration” as our central theme.

These kinds of Group-wide collaborative initiatives, which include the promotion of DX and a project to build development processes for elemental technologies, as well as Kaizen activities using TPS, have been increasing gradually, and we are beginning to see results.

On the other hand, against the backdrop of a variety of management issues, if we are to discover new strengths for winning against global competition, it is crucial to further accelerate the pace of our Group-wide collaboration activities. To that end, I believe that it is important to take an active interest in the work of the people around us and to be highly aware and broaden our perspectives.

As well as practicing one of the tenets of the Kojima Way, “Think and act – with curiosity” with all employees, bringing new life to communication that transcends business domains, companies, and departments, and promoting the development of people who can think and act from an All-Kojima perspective, I hope that, by combining the knowledge and technologies cultivated in the individual companies in the Group, we will be a presence that continues to offer new value.

I am grateful for your continued understanding and support as we strive to be a company you can trust. We intend to strengthen our corporate structure through the hard work of each employee, and devote ourselves to achieving “harmony” with our families and local communities.
