Message from the President

The number of cases of the novel coronavirus is rising sharply once more. We have further stepped up our own caution levels and will be even more thorough in our measures to prevent transmission, to protect the health of our families and colleagues. It is my earnest hope that you will all continue to stay healthy.

This year, too, the five automotive industry organizations sent out a strong message of gratitude and encouragement to the 5.5 million people working in the automotive industry.
This momentum of companies and organizations that are usually rival manufacturers as they engage as one team to drive economic recovery and achieve net zero emissions makes me, as someone working in the automotive industry myself, feel strong emotions and a great sense of mission.

As part of that industry, we must also continue to be a group that contributes to the world by doing whatever we can to be of service to society and to our customers.
We will carry on our efforts with the confidence and pride that, with All-Kojima heading in the same direction and continuing to create new value, we will change the outlook not only of our own future but that of the “future of mobility” beyond that.

I am grateful for your continued understanding and support as we strive to be a company you can trust. We intend to strengthen our corporate structure through the hard work of each employee, and devote ourselves to achieving “harmony” with our families and local communities.
