Message from the President

A Happy New Year!
Thank you very much for your constant kind and generous support.

Over the past two years, in this time of massive change, we have been staking our very survival on transitioning to a structure of business area-based divisions. We are working to bolster our strengths to become more competitive and on the creation of new value.

Through these efforts, it seems to me that the individual business divisions have started to produce results, little by little, as they have formulated their vision for the future and organized the way they work.
At the same time, when we look over the sections that fulfill their respective roles and functions and the business areas as a whole, or, in other words, at the entirety of All-Kojima, new issues became apparent.

For this reason, we have declared our company policy for this fiscal year to be “strengthening our competitive foundations through cooperation between the functions of All-Kojima.” Under this policy, we will strive to strengthen cooperation, both vertically and horizontally, including even the corporate divisions and individual functional departments that provide the foundations that support the individual business areas.

In May this year, our company will mark the 85th anniversary of its foundation. Never forgetting our feelings of gratitude toward our valued customers and stakeholders who have supported our company’s growth, and above all, our predecessors and seniors, all employees will unite as one and push ahead to make this a year in which we make an even greater leap forward.
