Message from the President

On the 20th of this month, we will mark the 86th anniversary of our company’s foundation. I would like to express my deep appreciation to our loyal customers, suppliers, and local communities, who have supported us over these many years, and to our predecessors who built up the foundations of our company, for helping us to achieve this milestone.

On April 18, we held the 2024 All-Kojima Suppliers Meeting to express that appreciation directly to our suppliers. The meeting, which was held for the first time in four years due to the COVID-19 pandemic, brought 162 of All-Kojima’s suppliers together under one roof. It was an extremely productive opportunity to share with them our future directions and approaches.

In such uncertain times, when there is no single right answer, I felt anew the importance of creating new values together with all people involved in the mobility society. In that respect, by further strengthening our bonds with our suppliers, who have their own proprietary technologies and many insights, I believe that we will be able to inspire innovations for society.

To achieve this, we will need to further deepen our relationships of trust by communicating our genuine thoughts and intentions. While creating further forums that will allow direct conversations with our suppliers, we will unite with our suppliers to strengthen the competitiveness of our supply chain.

In March, alongside our new Mission, Vision, and Values, we announced the All-Kojima Medium-Term Policy 2028, and in April, we announced this fiscal year’s initiatives for each division and domain based on that Policy.
Going forward, by each and every employee understanding these things, clarifying the gap between the MVV and the current situation, and repeatedly taking on challenges to achieve our individual work goals, we will aim to be a corporate group that is able to think and act with energy and vigor.
