Message from the President

Thank you very much for your constant kind and generous support.

Today, July 1, we published the Kojima Sustainability Report.

It is an update of our previous “Environmental and Social Report” and is being developed to inform our stakeholders about our efforts to address key issues that we believe will contribute to the realization of a sustainable society. At the same time, we hope it will lead to increased employee engagement.

In recent years, we face uncertain times in the environment surrounding us, including geopolitical risks and rapid developments in China’s EV market. Under these circumstances, it is essential to enhance the quality of all our activities, including global environmental conservation, coexistence with local communities, and strengthening of governance, in order to achieve continuous growth without wavering from the changes ahead.

We will continue to contribute to the realization of a sustainable society through communication with our stakeholders through this report, as well as by creating new value for the world through the actions of each and every one of our employees based on people-centered management.
