Message from the President

Thank you very much for your constant kind and generous support.

Today, October 1, we held an informal job offer ceremony, where we shared with our prospective new employees the corporate philosophy that we have held dear since our inception, our future direction, and our expectations for people who can “think and act” to pave the way for the future. It was an invaluable opportunity for everyone who attended to interact and deepen their connections with each other.

I am already filled with hope that these people, who will join us next spring, will inspire us, their senior colleagues, with their fresh perspectives and passion and that they will grow together with us.

We are also promoting a variety of initiatives within the company for existing employees to take the lead in learning from each other and lifting each other up. Among these, in our small-group kaizen (improvement) activities, teams set goals for various themes based on company policies and set goals to address issues in their individual workplaces, and work proactively toward those goals.

Going forward, we will continue initiatives to support the challenges and growth of each and every employee and create a bright, enjoyable workplace.
