November 2025 Message

Thank you very much for your constant kind and generous support.

On October 5, the employees of All-Kojima and their families came together for the “Kojima Festival – A Gathering of Peace,” an annual in-house event to promote friendship.

This year’s festival featured numerous events on the theme of “health.” The approximately 3,900 attendees, who included people from our overseas alliances as well as our employees and their families had fun enhancing their awareness of health, and I gained a real sense that they strengthened their connections with each other along the way.Valuing your feedback, I hope to make this event even better next year.

This month is Quality Awareness Month.At each of All-Kojima’s companies, we are promoting activities that actively incorporate digital tools to improve operational efficiency and solve issues in our aim to further strengthen competitiveness.

In recent years, similar to our productivity improvement efforts, we have been pursuing initiatives that leverage digital tools and vast amounts of data in our quality-related activities, spanning from upstream processes such as product development and design, mold design, and process design, to manufacturing processes.

While we continue our approach of “building quality into each process” that is the fundamental principle of quality management, initiatives to improve net yield by leveraging digital transformation will become increasingly important.

Through these kinds of initiatives, as well as building systems that guarantee quality, we will continue to support the development of personnel capable of interpreting and utilizing data.

I am grateful for your continued understanding and support as we strive to be a company you can trust. We intend to strengthen our corporate structure through the hard work of each employee, and devote ourselves to achieving “harmony” with our families and local communities.
