December 2025 Message

Thank you very much for your constant kind and generous support.

I recently visited the Japan Mobility Show 2025 that opened at the end of October. As I encountered not only new model vehicles and concept cars, but also the latest products and technologies that look toward the 2030s, I realized anew that we need to establish the foundations of competitiveness to discover value in the future mobility market.

In the automotive industry, in addition to changes in the way our customers produce their vehicles, we are seeing significant changes in the very structure of those vehicles due to the progress of electrification and intelligent technologies. To address such changes with speed, this fiscal year, we added “Group-wide collaboration” to our basic approach to management and worked on new value creation that brings together the expertise and technologies of every company in All-Kojima. The outcomes of those efforts have been gradually taking shape, and I feel that this has been a year in which they have steadily begun to bear fruit.

In other achievements, we completed the relocation of the various divisions ahead of the renovations of our Eiwa Building in January 2027. The renovation work, which will take about a year, began this month.

Taking this opportunity, we have launched a project aimed at work style reforms and productivity improvements for administrative and technical staff, and we have had numerous discussions about new work styles and workplace environments that reflect the real Kojima.

About 30 years have passed since construction of the Eiwa Building was completed in 1994. Carrying on the principle of “valuing people” that we have upheld since our inception, we are committed to creating an environment in which all employees can thrive energetically and with positivity, to realize the sustainable growth of the company.

I am grateful for your continued understanding and support as we strive to be a company you can trust. We intend to strengthen our corporate structure through the hard work of each employee, and devote ourselves to achieving “harmony” with our families and local communities.
