Message from the President

Thank you very much for your constant kind and generous support.

Last month, at the Lexus ES Project Awards, we received two awards in the Cost category and one award in the Technology category. At the 2026 TOYOTA Supply Partners Convention held on March 25, we were honored to receive four awards: the Excellence in Cost Improvement award, the Environmental Promotion Grand Prize award, the Excellence in SSA Promotion award, and the Outstanding Progress in Supply Improvement award. We are deeply grateful for this recognition, and we will further strengthen our efforts to deliver greater value to our customers, our partners, and society.

Of these awards, we received the Excellence in Cost Improvement award for the 46th consecutive year, and, in addition, were honored this time to receive the Environmental Promotion Grand Prize for the first time. These honors were not earned through one-off results or a single initiative. We believe they are the result of steadfastly putting into practice, since our founding, the principles handed down by our predecessors—“giving full life to every product” and “making the most of what already exists.” We will take these awards as renewed encouragement and will continue to push forward so that our founding spirit can be passed on to the next generation.

Amid intensifying competition from globally expanding overseas manufacturers and new entrants from other industries, we are evolving our organizational structure from the new fiscal year to one centered on “company-wide collaboration,” so that we can prevail. While leveraging the vertical expertise and knowledge we have cultivated under the Business Domain Headquarters structure—by company, domain, and product—our functions will bind these strengths together horizontally to further strengthen cross-company collaboration across the entire organization. Through a company-wide collaborative framework that blends vertical expertise and horizontal collaboration, we will maximize All-Kojima synergies and push forward to open up the future.
